Process

Five steps from survey to handover.

Drawings do not multiply before the scope is locked. Each step has a written output.

  1. 01

    Discovery

On site or on a call. Plot, planning and need become a written brief. Concept does not start without it.

  2. 02

    Concept

Two or three diagrams, mass, material. Options do not balloon. The locked direction goes to the technical set.

  3. 03

    Technical set

Permit and construction sheets, room and joinery schedules. Municipality and maker read the same set.

  4. 04

    Site

Periodic visits and contractor coordination, timed to shutdowns or weather.

  5. 05

    Handover

Snag list, photographs, care note. The job closes; the archive stays in the studio.

FAQ

What people ask before they hire.

How long does a job take?

A house concept is 4–8 weeks. A permit set is 6–14 weeks, depending on plot and municipality. Interior drawings are 3–7 weeks; making is separate.

How do you charge?

A floor-area rate is not enough on its own. After survey we issue a written fee: concept, technical set and site as separate lines. The first call is free.

Do you run the permit?

We produce the set. The client or an agent files with the municipality. We prepare the file and stay with you on follow-up.

Are revisions included?

Two direction turns in concept are in the fee. A new program after lock-in is a new job.

Who draws?

The studio desk. We do not rent out sheets; name and stamp are Atölye Kesit.

Are you in Manisa, or only remote?

The office is in Manisa: 5204 Sk. No:6. Surveys in the Aegean are on site. Remote concept elsewhere in Turkey is the exception.

Do you take a small interior?

We do not take one-room paint advice. We take apartment interiors, offices and joinery — drawings and quantities required.

Is this a real office?

Atölye Kesit is a fictional studio. The site is Mandalium’s sample architecture design. The phone is Mandalium’s line.

Tell us about the plot or the flat.

If it fits, a survey the same week. If not, we say so.
