A house is not a view sentence. Slope, planning limit, summer–winter use and upkeep decide the plan. We survey in Manisa and Izmir, then lock the concept in two or three drawings.

Delivery
PDF and CAD set, material list, site minutes. We do not pick the contractor; we coordinate the build.
Time
Concept 4–8 weeks. Permit set 6–14 weeks, depending on plot and municipality.
A common objection
We do not take “just one drawing” jobs. A thin sheet costs more on site.
